It's staff of one - yours truly - has been in the Design business since the early 1990's and in the burgeoning business of Web Design since the mid to late 1990's. I believe the most powerful and effective designs are the ones that are simplest in nature (see Google). The apple of the online eye is information. The duty of the web guru is to take the user to that point as quickly as possible. Clearly there are exceptions to the rule, but even those mostly involve quickly seeing the trailer, opening dates and showtimes.
